• FUNDRAISERS

Experience required in the following skills: resource mobilization, proposal writing, donor mapping and strategic planning, revenue mobilization, fundraising

• DOCTORS

Licensed/registered doctor surgeons or hospital doctors with skills in surgery, obstetrics gynecology and pediatrics.

• REGISTERED NURSES
• REGISTERED MIDWIVES
• REGISTERED NURSE-MIDWIVES

Should have 3 years post-registration/license experience as a midwife in a hospital or community setting. Should also have experience in training/teaching others, and practical experience in maternal and child health programs development and/or implementation, and/or hospital-based or university/institutional-based clinical instruction.

• SPED TEACHERS

We need SPED teachers with inclusion experience at primary or secondary level with experience of mainstreaming special needs pupils in their classrooms. Also needed are SPED teachers with experience in teaching the visually or hearing impaired.

• ACCOUNTANTS

• With experience in financial management (development and set-up of financial system and procedures)

• AGRI-BUSINESS SPECIALISTS

We need individuals with a combination of expertise and experience. You should have at least any two (2) of the following skills:

• Enterprise development in the agricultural sector
• Knowledge on innovative agricultural practice, food crops and livestock extension 
• Farm mechanization Training and facilitation
• Agricultural organization management in peri-urban setting
• Farm business production and marketing
• Agro-processing related to various crops 
• Livestock development
• Training teaching staff and teach agricultural subject matters and curriculum development
• Set-up agri-business small scale initiatives on a national level

• MANAGEMENT ADVISERS

With experience in a range of skills such as: 

• Organizational development
• Business planning
• Facilitation and conflict resolution
• Proposal writing
• Building capacity of organization in terms of financial projection and management, marketing and sales
• Enterprise operation management 
• Strategic Planning 
• Management policies
• Advocacy
• Organizational strengthening including donor relations, fundraising
• Program implementation
• Networking and marketing of products

• MARKETING ADVISERS

With experience in:

• Market assessment
• Building the capacity of the organization on marketing and sales
• Product development and design

• HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALISTS

• With experience in human resource management, designing of training, and facilitation

• PROGRAM MANAGEMENT ADVISERS

• With experience in managing programs or projects, and in policy management and advocacy

• ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT SPECIALISTS

With experience in the following areas of expertise:

• Entrepreneurial and business management
